Vampy-sorry to say hun but you need to get some help in this situation. SOmeone needs to help you so you have time to get those PFT's back up. Having a child does not have to = a decrease in PFT's, you should not accept that it will 'just happen' that way. If you already know that you have went from 80-60 that is already cause for drastic action. You must call the clinic, you must make up with your mom or someone so they can help you out.

--edited to say: my someone I dont mean getting back with the husband or doing anythign to put your hcild in risk of neglect if there are individuals you know to be incompetent (maybe husband maybe not I dont know) but DONT get back with him just because you are ill.

It is easier to bring up your PFT"s the sooner you address the problem so please do as others have posted and seek help so that you can be the healthiest mommie you can. You want to be here for many years to see your baby grow. Let us know how it is going.<img src="i/expressions/heart.gif" border="0">

not sure this is the best idea if in hospital IVs are suggested because you might need the rest and time away from the stresses of motherhood and life. Like Melissa said 10-14 days is nothing in the grand scheme of things. But realize you could opt to have Lucus with you in the hospital. I know HollyCathryn did this with Murren. The hospital wasn't thrilled and made her sign a waiver releasing them of any responsibility of the child. Here is her awesome website -
