How is her breathing? Is she working harder or contracting? What is her resp. rate? Like the others have said I would go with my gut & just ask for an admit...doesnt sound like shes gonna get better on oral antis. I know its not what ya wanna hear, but its probably whats best for her.
Its hard to tell with Reece when to bring him in too. His activity level never goes down, when he slows down on eating or starts having a hard time breathing & has a wet cough, that when we know its time to go in.
