honey and lemon is nice, we always have it when we have a cold.

When I was younger I would eat a whole lemon, I would get it into wedges and then roll it in sugar <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
definitely not good for teeth but yummy though and you could just brush your teeth straight after.

Pineapple is good for digestion as it has bromelade (sp) in it, its a natural enzyme <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
It just goes to show that the cf diet should include high fat, sugar, salt ect.. plus fruit and vege's.
which we do anyway, my daughter always seems to want the healthy version of food. and she hates butter lol.
