Megace aka Megestrol Acetate

YAY! (kinda)

For me, I notice the appetite stimulation the same day I take it also.... the last time I started it last sept I took it in the morning and by lunch I had started eating again b/c I was eating like nothing before hand.

I havent ever had a rash from it, but im sure its possible... I understand the whole 2 things at once, I am kinda in that position too... starting tube feeds and trying reglan haha but we are doing 2 or 3 days of tube feeds then maybe starting reglan as of right now.
