Kefir is delicious and the brand that I buy does not have the S.Thermophilus. Lifeway is a good brand of kefir

The rasberry Kefir is great tasting and in my opinion, it taste like yogurt but it is better for you.

I've tried Kefir, and for some reason it doesn't sit well with me (tummy-wise). Thanks for all the articles, everyone! I appreciate the effort!

By the way, today I'm already doing MUCH better.

I tried the Kefir, too, but it didn't sit well with me either- I don't know why...I drink skim milk and eat yogurt like crazy -lol. It did taste good, though. I got mine at Publix if that helps anyone who wants to try it <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> .
