yep I agree! he can afford to do that cause he's retired and does nothing other that stay home all day and mess with electronics as his hobby/stay at home work/job and search up natural remedies/alternative medicine. I on the other hand work full time and am in contact with people all the time so I was popping mints and gum like skittles! He did say that there was a company working on and claimed they have been able to keep the active substance in a capsule by freeze drying it but he's not aware of it reaching the market yet or how much it will cost...

"When the bacteria/pathogens/fungus dies, they release a toxin, and their dead bodies float around in your for a few days until you can clear them via your bodies normal processes. I felt amazing after that 3 days though."

Pleasant thought <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> I shall go pick some up on my next trip to walmart. I love natural therapies, and personally have had many good experiences with them.

Faust, how long until you noticed a diff w/ the garlic? Like I said, I hate smelling like a giant garlic clove for nothing.

I'm not sure Sheanna. A while back I was taking at on of different supplements, all very high dose. That was when I was having bad lung bleeds over a period of time and went on IV's, etc. I stopped drinking caffeine, and stopped all my supplements. I even went as far as to stop my pulmozyme. I was crazily trying to find the cause of my bleeds (at the time, and previous to my bad bleeds I had been off oregano oil for a while). After it became apparent a slight infection was being made worse by my high blood pressure, I got back on my old blood pressure meds, changed diet, and slowly started back on some of my supplements (oregano oil included).

Now with the exception of some very very rare streaks, i'm hemoptysis free. I bet if docs looked more into it, they would notice a huge connection between spikes in blood pressure and hemoptysis episodes.

BTW if you go and get regular oregano oil at say walmart, or even the regular stuff of the brand I use, don't inhale it. You don't want to inhale an oil into the lungs. Try the stuff under the tongue first if you want to be safe (you can use the regular stuff for this). If you don't notice any difference at all after a few weeks to a month, i'd try the brand I use. I also started to use the water soluble stuff in my neil med nasal rinses.
