Interesting! I just posted about this phenomenon in a post I created called 'pft curve' check it out and make this comment if you don't mind. I have aspergillus and didn't realize this is what caused it. Does my spike look similar to yours?

Interesting! I just posted about this phenomenon in a post I created called 'pft curve' check it out and make this comment if you don't mind. I have aspergillus and didn't realize this is what caused it. Does my spike look similar to yours?

Clubbing- yes!!! probably severe!!! i have clubbing on all my fingers and toes as well! I wasnt born with it but i know that i had clubbing very early on in life.. no change in it in years that i have noticed!!!

MY Spike is at 650 L/min usually sometimes higher. It drops off pretty quick not sure what it's supposed to look like, but here's a drawing of what my PFT's look like.

Whats wierd is my FVC is still over 100% and FEV1 is around 85-87%. I guess I can get all my air out at once. I know im healthy cause I used to play a tuba and march in band.

I don't know the number of Hailey's lung function but they are decent
