Hey, Mel...

urgh. well i'm hoping since it wasn't an objective "interview" with a doctor, and instead was just a pre/post pft, they will hopefully just look at the results and go from there. matter of fact, i don't even know if the guy administering the pft was a doc... maybe an RT or tech of some sort? he was doing an entire day of SSA PFTs. nice.

i really hope they get back to me soon. its been 3 weeks since my PFT.

hope you're feeling well!

thanks for sharing...

Just bumping...

No one else has had to see THEIR docs and then received a determination after that? I thought there would be more of us.....

Just from preliminary investigation into SSDI here in Washington State, the first thing I saw on the website was that it could take up to six months for approval/denial. At least you get a warning here.

If you are having problems or getting turned down you must appeal and you should use Beth Sufian. She is a CF lawyer out of TX. She specializes in CF SSDI and SSI and has CF herself. She knows her stuff and has never not won a CF case. I would contact her. Just google her and you can get her contact information.
