Question about order of nebs and meds

Hi there, I don't post a lot, but read here daily. I have a question about the order of nebulized medications, I did a quick search but couldn't find any old posts.

So Hayley does Xopenex three times per day, usually with her vest and she then does her Pulmozyme 1 time per day, we do this at night after the vest is done, then she does her Flovent inhaler with an areochamber.

So now we are starting Tobi for the 1st time tomorrow and I have no idea where I am suppossed to add this into the order of her meds!

Can someone please help me out and let me know where I should insert the Tobi? Also how long does Tobi normally take to nebulize? I have heard so many different things.

Tobi is last. The other items clear out the passages -- open them out, get the stuff out. Being it's an antibiotic, you want it to stay in the lungs. I had this discussion last night with DH, he wondered why we couldn't do the vest during Tobi.

Tobi takes about 20-25 minutes. We use a pari neb cup with mask. Then we use either a devillbiss pulmoaide or pari proneb ultra II compressor. When we first started using tobi, we didn't realize our original pari proneb was faulty and tobi took 45-50 minutes. Argh.

Oh and we do Tobi at the early morning and then again after work/preschool. We do 3 vest/neb treatments a day. The pulmozyme we do at the last treatment before bedtime.
