I like the comfort of going braless, but since my pregnancy & with each year I do sag a bit more. I am not large breasted to begin with so I need all the help I can get.
I cant do underwires. I managed to wear a strapless underwire at my 40th without a problem, but the wine might have something to do with that LOL.
I hate spending a lot of $$ on good bras, but I was able to find ones at Walmart for cheap. They have some padding with 3 sets of the hooks so I can adjust according to my needs for the time.
Wearing these is very comfortable. Sadly its one of those things that you have to try on or go thru trial & error.
The basics for me is as I stated. No underwire (larger girls might not have a choice, but I am way to thin for it on a daily basis), extra padding, winder bands & at least 3 sets of hooks for adjusting.
Another thought if you are willing to invest the $$ is to go somewhere like Victoria Secret to get measure for a proper fitting bra. Often with CF we have "odd" measurements which makes a good fit difficult.
Good Luck! As they say.....LOCK & LOAD THE GIRLS! ha
