I hate, hate, hate things being too tight around my ribcage. I've bought these extenders before & that really made a difference:

I got mine at Sears, but I'm sure they have them other places as well.

I normally wear a strapless bra - Sounds crazy, but I like how it works with anything I wear. I hate the way straps feel, and sometimes, the straps leave marks on me from my heavy purse strap. If that makes sense..

It is a chore to wear a bra sometimes though. I know what you all mean by it being restrictive. Sometimes I just can't breathe. Recently I started wearing sports bras on the weekends and at night when I'm not at work.

Good Topic!

PS Faust cracks me up!

I go braless most of the time. God has blessed me in many ways, but not in this department. Since I had my second port put in I have a harder time wearing one because they placed it right in my bra-line under my left boob. So, it causes my port to hurt when I wear one. Also, I feel tightness in my chest when I wear on. Like I'm being constricted. I have tried a larger band size, but all it did was ride up and cause more discomfort. I even had people at Victoria Secrets measure me and I was already in the correct size, but it still hurt. I just discovered DayBras. They are like Camisoles, but are shaped and fit like a sports bra but are lighter & not as tight. I think it is the samething Sevenstars meantioned. I can wear them and be quite comfortable. They dont ride up as bad either. I purchased mine at Walmart.
