M is 6. He takes Advair from an inhaler twice a day. We do our pulmyzme in the am, only once a day. We do vests twice a day, which was only added in March when we brought him home from foster-care. Then, every other month, we do Tobi twice a day, which is the real bane of our existence around here because it takes *so* long.
When he came home, he was doing albeutoral and pulmocort twice a day or up to every 4 hours, pulmicort twice a day, pulmzyme once a day, Tobi twice a day every other month--all in the neb. Fostermom also had an oxygen concentrator for another child which she was using on him 2-3 times daily. He had no CPTs prior to homecoming. She was taught and instructe to use the precussor twice a day but never did so.
His doctors said there's no reason to add the HTS right now since his FEV-1 is 98%. I expect as life progresses, that will be the next thing they add, as well as likely increasing his vest treatments at some point.
