Sinus rinses/Nasal irrigations

Here's a recipe:

1 liter of Warm Water (Tepid)
2 tsp of Kosher Salt
1 tsp of Baking Soda

Do NOT use table salt! It will burn like crazy.

We mixed this in one of those rubber maid containers and then Anna just poured what she needed to irrigate.

A year ago when DS was 4, I had purchased an ayr kit, similar to neil med, for myself. DS was sounding really stuffy, so I got him to try it. It was amazing (and disgusting) what came out of that tiny little nose. His 70 year old grandfather with chronic sinus issues had been resisting doing them for years until DS showed him how easy it was. We don't do it on a regular basis, just when DS sounds a little stuffy. And he does it himself. Squeezes the bottle gently and it shoots out the opposite nostril.
