Fresh air is sometimes the best treatment... maybe changing messy diapers in the bathroom, especially if you have a vent fan in there, is better than the baby's room; you can always lay a pad or a towel on the floor (I always wound up on the floor changing diapers once they reached that 'squirmy' age anyway!)
