magnesium (400-800 mg a day, depending on if I remember to take it twice or not)
NAC
fish oil caps
probiotics

Vitamin D (50,000 units every other day by prescript. Again I have problems with this...)
Vitamin B complex 100 mg (I have a lot of muscle and energy problems they say this might help.)
Selenium
Zinc
Multi Vitamin
Vitamin E

I read quite a few comments on Magnesium...I think I should try thst one too...
