I probably have the worst routine in history. I usually wake up with lowered blood sugars so i always eat something right away. Depending on how early i wake up i either just veg for a while and watch tv (i am a sloth in the morning) or go back to sleep if its really early. Once i finally get up , i do my Advair, take my insulin, usually eat something again and then do my albuterol inhaler, vest, Pulmozyme and Tobi. Lately i have been doing the Pulmozyme and Tobi while i an using the vest.

Are you talking about insulin? Or all treatments?

I used to take my insulin BEFORE I ate, but lately (last few weeks), I wake up, have breakfast and then go to work and take my insulin once I get there. Sometimes this can be 30-45 mins after I've eaten. I don't why I got myself in that habit, but a lot lately I rarely take it before food.

My other treatments are just tablets so I take those throughout the day.
