hey all

just curious about what everyone here does about CPT when going on vacation and can't take your vest. I may be going to the east coast this summer for a week (maybe more) and really can't take my vest...I don't like using the Flutter alone, it feels like it just wears me out without clearing me up. any ideas???

Can anyone do CPT on you? I always ask my husband to beat on my back when we are out of the country and it's not possible to take my vest. I use Accapella and I've fallen in love with it.
What about exercise, can regular exercise help you clear your lungs?

I'm with Kelli, I have my husband do CPT to my back for me too. Also, I'll try and work out like if we go on a cruise, or go for a jog on the beach or something. Any kind of exercise that I can do in addition to the CPT <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

We take my daughters Acapellas. And if they need a little extra, I do manual CPT.
