Very interesting. That was my only concern that the vest wouldn't work quite right if it were leaning against something as I was laying upside-down. The other problem is the reflux which would definitely get worse by being upside-down. But it does sound like it has worked well for the people who have done it. I really think gravity helps a lot. Maybe I'll just stick with manual CPT at an incline instead <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
