i take 3 vitamin capsules BPC (not sure what that means)
and 2 ephynal chewable tablets each day.
these are now instead of the ADEKS because they dont make them over hear in UK anymore.
and 2 ephynal chewable tablets each day.

I just ended up getting Morgan a different vitamin than the gummy bears again b/c everyone was out of them where I looked. But the bears and the new vitamins I got her, she's taking more of vitamins A,C,D,E and K than that are in either of the AquADEK's and Source CF.

Insurance doesn't cover the prescription vitamin K, Source CF, nor the adeks/aquaadeks. When we had issues with getting adeks drops when DS was a baby, we had to substitute poly-vi-sol for a few weeks and the doctor was concerned it not be too long because the adeks had zinc in them and regular vitamins didn't.
