Really isn't anything you can give him orally. Don't want to dry up any secretions, could make things even stickier. I usually increase bath time -- steam up the bathroom and let ds play in the tub till he gets prunier than ever. I get that Johnson's vapor bath stuff. Vicks baby vapor rub. Use simply saline nasal spray for stuffy noses so he can breathe better at night. Try to push the liquids -- white grape juice (easier on the tummy, not as acidic as OJ). Years ago I asked his doctor about over the counter remedies during a nasty head cold and was told absolutely not.
