Flovent 220mcg 2puffs BID
Xopenex 1.25mg nebulizer every 8 hrs

Synthroid 150mcg every day
Nexium 40mg every day
Creon 20 up to 6 per meal (depends how much fat)
Lantus 10 units every night, Novolog insulin as needed before meals
Verapamil 120 mg SR every day
Coumadin 7.5 mg every day (hx of PE's)
Baclofen 20 mg 3x's a day
Valium 5-10mg every 6hrs as needed for spasms
Fentanyl patch 50 mcg change every 3 days
Percocet 1-2 every 6 hours as needed for breakthrough pain
Multivit (no ADEK's due to Coumadin)

Nebulizer: albuterol twice a day (more if necessary) pulmozyme twice a day--vest twice a day (more if necessary)advair 250/50 one puff twice a day --- G.I.: pancrecarb ms-16's 4 w/meals 2-3 w/snacks, ursodiol 3oo mg. 1 twice a day, nexium 40 mg. once to twice a day, tums 1000 mg.(for calcium) once a day, abdek soft gels twice a day, probiotic acidophillus two to three times a day.--Sinus/ Nasal Irrigations: flonase one spray ea.nostril twice a day, 50 cc sodium chloride nasal flush twice a day ( can't go without this, or i get into trouble)-- fexofenadine hcl 180 mg when needed for allergy-- azithromycin 25o mg. 1 pill every day for 1 month/every other month --ambien 5mg. every night-- Allergic to bactrum--- renal failure due to tobramycin--- no more port (boo-hoo) due to blood clot....last i.v. - meripenim... gsh is glutathione. Glutathine has been known to help with digestion and a lot of people with cf who use gsh wind up gaining weight with it's use, because of better absorption and digestion.

My son Eric is 13 and is 4ft 10 weighing in at 83lbs. The medicine he currently takes
is:
Ultrase Mt 20 Five w/meals 3 w/ snacks
Pepcid 20 mgs 2 x daily
Reglan 5 mg 4 x daily
Adeks 1 x daily
Flinstone Vit 1 x daily
Advair 2 puffs daily
Nebulizer Treatments
Albuterol 2x daily
Pulmozyne 1x daily
Tobi 28 days on 28 off
He also has the vest treatments he does twice a day. 20 mins in the morning before school and 30 mins in the afternoon before bed
Sometimes Nasonex and then the typical Antibotics which he allegic to anything to do with penicillin
He drinks 2 boost plus a day
He has a feeding tube which we give him the supplements of Nutren Jr 2.0 four cans a night
I think that is all. His Pfts are on average 75%
He has acid reflux, boderline for diabetes, a mitral valve prolapse and lets not forget this lovely Cf.
