What is the name of the powder that adds calories to food?

Can someone please tell me the name of the powder that helps add calories to food? I know there is one that is milk free but i can't think of the name of it. We are all of the sudden having weight gain trouble so I am trying to think of something to help. He is allergic to milk and eggs.

The only one I can think of is ScandiCal.

I just looked at the ingredients and the bottom of the list it says "Contains Milk and Soy Ingredients"
