    Total Frontal Sinus Obliteration

I would not recommend sinus obliteration surgery to anyone! My surgery in 2000 had severe complications & only made my forehead sinuses worse! The CF doctors say my sinuses could make my lungs worse, & it makes sense, but I'm not a good judge. Sometimes my lungs get worse, even though my...

    Post G-Tube surgery

It took about 10 months before my muscle soreness completely disappeared. When my stomach is empty it will try digesting the tube, which causes it to pull down & pop back up like jonflath said. The stomach contractions were painful at 1st, but not anymore.

I HATE my feeding tube! It leaks acid, so the skin around it is always burned! I don't use the tube because I can't tolerate the formula, so I'm still severly malnourished. The only good thing I can say about having a feeding tube is I can flush horrid tasting medicines through it! I've had...

    Hyperemic Antrum (Gastritis) Anyone?

I Had H.Pylori several years ago. I was tested for it at least 3 times before it was finally caught. So if your symptoms continue don't give up testing! Even tho my H.Pylori is gone, I still need Prevacid 30mg twice-a-day, plus I take 150mg Zantac daily & also Maalox. I've never had...

New Port - catheter over collarbone...is this right?

I've had several ports. The tube going over the collarbone is pretty normal. It should be a lot more comfortable after the sutures are removed & the swelling goes down. Best luck!
