    I totally agree with the others here and am glad you are going to seek out a second opinion. You mentioned that if they culture something, the diagnosis will change. Not all CF patients culture PA or other bugs from early ages. My 13 year old daughter still only cultures staph (not MRSA)...

    We do HTS and Albuterol together. But we don't use a vial of albuterol, we use the bottle with a dropper to measure .5 ml of albuterol into the saline. I don't know what concentration of saline he wants Austin on, but if he wants it to be close to 7% then you would need to use the drops...

    Sterilizing nebs while travelling

    If all he nebs is saline, I would invest in disposable ones for the trip. Disposable nebs are fine to use with saline or albuterol. The bonus is that you can enjoy the trip and not have to worry about sterilization. You can usually find them for about $1.50 to $2.00 each (plus shipping)...
