all the above are excellent suggestions. When I went to a deserted mangrove island in the middle of nowhere to do research, I took a handhelp percussor so I could do the PT myself. It held up pretty reliably, even with the heat and rain. MIght want to look into it.

Umm, yeah, I'm with Incomudrox here. If you have a CF diagnosis and any GI issues, standard enzymes should be tried. Is this a CF clinic doc? I'm not totally clear regarding your issue. Are you majorly constipated or loose as a goose? (sorry, my mother's phrase......how these things...
