If you can find a clinic that will get on board with all meds and work it out with your insurance to cover it, that is the wave of the future and the e-flow is silent compared to the compressors we have now.

We have both the pari proneb ultra II and the devilbiss. I've had to replace the devilbiss twice -- after about 2 years started getting louder, fan would stick. Fortunately they have a 5 year warranty, but I have to have the DME send it in for me and then have to wait 2-3 weeks for a replacement.
