Here's the link for my article about Cirrosis

As to the Pacrecarb question, I went from taking 8 or more Creon 20 with meals, to only needing 3 or 4 of Pancrecarb. It's a very welcome change.

Not sure if this works for everyone, but (besides having cirrosis (thanks for the link btw), I also went on the depo-prevera contraceptive shot. It really took down my bloating A LOT!! Might be something worth looking in to.
I tried the pancreacarb - wasn't the right enzyme for me, so I'm still on pancrease MT20. 6 w/meals, 4w/snacks.

I might check out that hypothyroid though. I never thought of that.

Man I was just telling my friend about our CF bellies..she didn't believe me at first but now she believes that a lot of us do have the sweet bellies. Mine has always been there. I am in like the best shape of my life right now and it's still there haha! I have tiny wrists, ankles and everything else but out hangs my belly. Right now it's actually quite small because I just had my gall bladder out and haven't been eating too much..we'll see how long that lasts. I'll be in my bathing suit for the next week and can't wait to see my tummy grow.

You know what I'm upset about? That pants are getting higher waisted again!! At least those pants that sat low on the hips could handle my belly that expands and deflates as the day goes by!! I just went to buy a skirt suit for work, and it sits right on my waist - which is the worst thing for me. I was trying it on at the store with a friend who couldn't understand why I didn't agree that it fit perfectly. Right there, in the store, it fit okay - but I wasn't bloated at that moment. I can't rely on not having the preggo belly all day at work!!

Haha - but yes, this and my entire digestive system is something I struggle with. Right now I take Ultrase MT20. I tried pancrecarb once years ago but it seemed to make me worse. I think it might be time for me to experiment a bit and see if something else can work better for me now... you just hate to make it even WORSE than it is now with experiments!!
