oh you poor thing, only ten minutes and it makes you puke!! so you would have vomited it straight up again and it won't be having any effect.
I agree you should eat something first, but no dairy products at least two hours before or after taking it, as it cuts it's effectiveness in half.
also, do you take a good magnesium supplement daily? if not, you should start as once i got my mag levels up i stopped having any reaction to cipro at all. it used to make me feel so bad i'd stop taking it, now i don't even notice i'm on it, even on the top 750mg strenght. if you do start taking a mag supplement, again don't take it two hours either side of the cipro, for the same reasons as dairy products. they both inhibit it's effectiveness. good luck and EAT k?? <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

i took cipro back in june and experienced insomnia like crazy (not to mention SUPER sensitivity to the sun (i work out in the sun, so it SUUUUCKS) and sunscreen and a hat only somewhat helped) i am SUPPOSED to take it again, but they prescribed it before knowing what was wrong, now they went to keflex... so i'm gonna take that and hope all is well, (cuz i couldnt find any majorly sucky side effects to that one) cipro, IMO, is from the devil also.
