I went about 3-4 times a year and we'd always go out for lunch after and then to King of Prussia (big mall near Philly). It was nice to associate doc visits with a day off of school, lunch out and shopping (even if I didn't always get anything). I didn't mind the med students poking and prodding as much b/c I knew I had something to look forward to after it was over!
