e-flow

We had this same problem with G-Man's Eflow, we called the company that gave it to us and they replaced the aeresol head and the plastic chamber and all was well. we had it for about 6 months by the time it started leaking. Maybe you just need some new parts.

We also noticed that when we put too much fluid in the EFlow to be nebulized it leaks as well. So we do 2 ml's at a time.

Hope this helps.

It happens to me as well. Every single night. I called the company, they sent me a new aerosol head, and it kept leaking anyway. So at this point, I'm just throwing meds away every night. Not a clue what to do about it.

This sounds like a problem for many people and though some of you think you may have figured out what caused it; I have a feeling that since we all have different reasons for the problem that it is an e-flow flaw and not something any of us could be doing differently. I thought I solved the problem too by doing a different sterilization technique and I was wrong. The company needs to know that this is going on for quite a few people. One wasted dose of medication is too many. How many times did you load up a regular neb and waste valuable med, NEVER! Emily, what I started doing is loading up the neb cup with sterilized water to check it first and then carefully drying it and putting med in if it was working properly. You might try that.

I agree, I don't think it is the sterilization technique. Weird stuff. Eflow def needs to know about this.
