I am on my 2nd unit and 4th handset. I get the Eflow through Foundation Care. Since they have never had someone with this many leaking problems they have had to consult Source CF (now called Eurand). Eurand has said I can have "one more handset" and they suggest I start using the Avent IQ24 steam sterilizer instead of the isoprophyl alcohol I've been using for sterilization. With this many handsets going bad I can only hope that this IQ24 fixes the problems or I guess my time with the Eflow will be over.

I refuse to do impartial medicine doses and I think you all should to. If we don't get enough meds in us they are not worth doing at all. I can't possibly be one of only a handful of people with problems but I've posted about this before and never seen anyone here with the amount of problems I have.

Stick to your guns and keep complaining **and make sure to keep spare Pari LC Plus nebs around** Which is great for our off Tobi months but what the heck are we supposed to do when we don't have a functioning Eflow and only have reformulated Tobi. Ah I hope they figure this out. I can't imagine going back to LC Pluses permanently. I hate the cleaning of them, the treatments take forever and the medicine noticeable doesn't go as deep.

I know this isn't a solution but it will keep you from wasting medicine. Do you have something cheap and sterile that you can test in the eflow before putting the expensive medecine in? In the past I have used extra sterile saline but boiled water would work as well. If it leaks after the test, take it apart and put it back together. Repeat until it stops leaking and then dump the water or saline and add the medicine.

I do the same thing as jfarel. I keep a syringe of sterile boiled water and test now for every treatment. That seems to work; but, this is ridiculous. There are many people having problems. They need to figure out what these problems are and it is not the user! They tend to think we are the problem. We just may be the only ones complaining. I love the e-flow and hope they resolve some of these issues. Lou Lou you may have not gotten a response before because there are not enough people using it. There are 6 new users at my clinic and already 2 have reported problems.
