e-flow

My main question for all of you is do you use the extension piece that connects the nebulizer to the machine?

I have had that problem several times as well with my meds leaking out. IV Solutions, who supplies the eFlow to me, thinks I am nuts too! But ever since I got a new extension cord thing it's been happening. So I have to assemble it all and adjust the pieces prior to putting the meds in and it has helped a ton. The piece that connects to the 'head' was actually pushing the head out of place and causing the leakage.

I was getting so mad because IV Solutions couldn't figure out a solution for me. They were sending me new part after new part with no help...but I knew it was just the extension piece. I have had them send me several new extension pieces and all of them just keep pushing the head out of place. I think they started making the extensions differently because my original extension cord worked just fine with no leaking.

They also claim that boiling the blue inner piece might be causing the leakage because it might be warping the piece.

Hope that helps!

i use the extension cord thingy with my eflow and ive had it leak on me a couple times. i just washed the aerosol head really well and left it in alcohol over night and it hasn't done it since. im glad its not just me b/c i thought i had broken something on it! eflow should really work on this problem....
