I'd like to know if anymore people are having problems
with there e-flow leaking, mine leaks so much I want to throw it out the window put the company said the hand piece
should last the life of the machine (were on #2 machine and #3 handset)

interesting that this issue is coming up again for someone else!! I think I resolved my e-flow problems; but, I still occassionally get a wasted vial of med. Probably 2 or 3 in a 4 week cycle...in my opinion, too many.

I'd be interested to see if there are any other complaints. I think what sucks is that those sets are very expesnive to replace. Unlike the pari sets. So it is REAL problem that they leak!!!

I no longer have problems since starting to use the Phillips IQ24 steam sterilizer for the handset. The head still resides in alcohol all the time though. I also put the parts together very carefully pushing the head down after it is in place in the area where the leaking happens. Good luck and keep complaining.
