Im so sorry you had to go through all of that. I have never had to go to an ER...and I am sad that you had this experience. I hope you are at least feeling better or getting some care.

The place you went to for diagnosis wouldn't deal with you? But I thought you said that you were 3 when you were diagnosed? That is not too old at all. Where do you live that would do this to you? I would like to know what CF accredited place would do that.

She said in her OP she was diagnosed 5 years ago. And I believe that she also said that her cf center sent her to the closest er.

My only issue is why in the world would your CF center hang up on the ER when they are making such outragous statements? They should have chewed them up one side and down the other, and had you transported (by your own power or ambulance) to your cf center clinic/hospital or er. IMHO, of course <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> .
