The Ultrase MT-20s as I understand it cover about a 2 hour window (food eaten half an hour before to an hour and a half after.) I know that when I wake Parker up during a feeding session it interferes with his sleep and causes some problems with him at that time and the next morning.

I don't know about that kind of enzyme. My son is on the Creon 10. He takes 6 before bed and 4 in the morning and seems to be fine. He was on the MT4's before that but that was a few years ago now. They do make a powder enzyme that can be added into the bag I was told if it would work better. We have always been on the all night feeding since he got the tube. It's something worth asking the doc about. Kelly

Currently my managed care company (BCBSof LA) does not pay for feeding materials GRRRR. Parker gets his button put in on Friday and I am not sure who is happier about that, him or me.
