Help! I'm being watched!

I go to a lot of forums in a day, but this forum has an absurd amount of unregistered users on the site. It really makes me wonder... who are all these people? I know nothing on the internet is "personal" but I'm beginning to think that you should at least have to register before you can read the forums, or something.

I feel like I'm sitting here trying to have a serious discussion with Mel, Amy, Jenn... then I look down at the "guests" and there's 1000 people standing over my shoulder?

Thoughts as to who these people are? Healthcare companies? Undiagnosed people? Weirdoes? Makes me reluctant to discuss personal things anymore. :/

Hi Sevenstars: It's JenWren, I don't mess around on here a whole lot but I would like to be able to ask personal questions within reason. How do you know they are unregistered? I know when I first looked at this site I didn't want to sign up right away just cause I was unfamiliar with it all. But Im curious as to why the paranoia( not that isn't a good thing).
