4 hours for nebs...omg. it takes me an hour at the most in the morning and at night.</end quote></div>

Oh I wish!!!! If I did my nebs how I am supposed to (how many times a day that is) it would take me 4.5-5 hours. But now I only do them twice a day so it takes me about 3-3.5 hours. It depends on how long I do my vest for. Sometimes I will go for over an hour to try to break the gunk up.

Hello everyone, I would consider my self very severe. For my pft the lower number is in the teens and the upper number is barely 20. Of course I'm on the transplant list, and I'm on 3 to 6 liters of oxygen at all times. Even though ,I still took some classes at college this fall. I'm not in school this spring. My doctor hopes I will be called for transplant in the next months. I manage my cf almost completey on my own at home, so even in my state of health, keeping active is important. My advice to all with cf is stay very active and when you get an infection, don't wait, get antibotics right away. And don't get the flu. I had it 3 times a few years ago and it caused me some severe lung damage, and one of these times my right lung started bleeding severely and I was in icu on a ventalator and had to have a blood transfusion. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY TO EVERYONE. STAY HEALTHY AND BE CAREFUL OUT IN THE COLD. By for now.
