Hi, I definitly need a lot of sleep, I go to bed normally around 22 and get up at 06:30, so that's 8:30 hrs. On the weekends I get a lot more sleep. I need it to recuperate from at hard working week. I sleep from around 23 at night, until 10-10:30 in the morning, where I get up to do my treatments. Sometimes I sleep siesta also, a good thing about living in Spain, it's allowed <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif" border="0">)
