At the World Health Conference, there was talk about Dance Dance Revolution...wonder if that would help?

I have to laugh at this - imaging Christian at the Dance Dance Revolution Machine with all the tweeners <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
Christain, I am not exercising at all right now (I know!) - I need to - but, I competitively swam until I got to college (and then I went to aerobics three times a week). I am sure that the swimming is what got me this far without bumps in the road, and I wish I would have kept up with it more.
I personally would only need a trainer to motivate me - I think other than that if you set small goals for your self and increase them weekly, you'll build your own stamina (btw, I have a friend who was a trainer and he told me when I mentioned I wanted to start running, to start really small - like run 1 minute, walk 4 and repeat that for 20 minutes - then the next week run 2 minutes walk 3, etc).
