well I am 28 y/o and just started taking a growth hormone called norditropin nordiflex, two months ago. it was prescribed by my endo Dr. Even though I just started a few months ago signs are showing it is working. I have more energy and with the combination of working out I think this is going to help alot.

First off HGH will not give you quick gains as an adult, AAS(anabolic steroids) is what most athletes use for quick gains and building lean muscle mass quickly . HGH on the other hand most athletes take for repair and over long peroids of time will increase lean muscle mass and lower ones body fat but this is over the course of at least 6 months.

And yes it would help CFers, there is a coralation between lean body mass and staying healthy, the more lean mass one has it seems the healthier they are. But doctors really know nothing about them except for what they hear on the news other wise they would tell people the truth about them. First off there is no link between steroids and death no medical journals or anything of that nature. Its all media hype with no evidence...

One thing to keep in mind is that aas and hgh is only for adults

Here is a link that is very interesting
