I took steroids when I was 21 years old. I have been working out since I was 15 and weighed 150 and no matter how much I ate I couldn't gain weight. I went from 150 - 180 in about 6 months. I took sustanon 250, trenbolone acetate, testosterone cypionate, anavar, and nolvadex for pct. There are many many people in this country that use steroids, and I honestly NEVER felt better when I was doing so. My appetite was HUGE, I was gaining weight I could breathe like I had a new set of lungs. I felt like I didn't even have CF. Here are some before and after pictures too

(warning, I have my shirt off lol)

I'm back to 150, this was 2 years ago. If I had the money to stay on it, I would still be the same weight if not 200 pounds by now. No noticable side effects, I had bad bacne before starting, but I started tanning at the same time and it took it all away. I wish there was a doctor or facility that would listen to me, and take in what I know about weight lifting and steroids with what they know about cf, because honestly I ate super healthy, ate a lot, and trained very well along with a few supplements and small doses of testosterone and other anabolics and I never felt better. With males and the use of steroids estrogen levels raise so there needs to be an inhibitor along with the anabolics which I had, and I didn't experience shrinking testicles or gynecomastia (man boobs) if done properly I think a lot of males with cf could benefit from steroids and the proper diet/workout, I wish there was a way I could get this out there

Everyone reading this thread needs to realize several things. HGH is not a steroid. Steroids come in two forms: Anabolic and Corticosteroids. Anabolic are for weight gain and are related to male testosterone, and Corticosteroids are for inflammation and have nothing to do with athletics, except maybe for injuries, which no one is using any more because of the bad side effects, among which is they reduce the strength of your immune system.

Also, HGH is used for children who don't grow well regardless if they have CF or not. It is adult usage that is in question and is under scrutiny. And, AIDs patients use HGH to manage the "wasting syndrome", which CFers should be able to do as well but they dont.

Don't confuse yourself with these terms, as the public often does so.

I second the notion that HGH and anabolic steroids are and would be great therapy for CFers, with exception to anabolics should not be used by women or children, it is too dangerous in terms of side effects.
