By your god I mean your god, not one that I believe in. I commend you for standing for what you believe in but even in your response you express an effort to reveal my inconsistencies as opposed to offering your love to me and being a shining example for me to learn from, which is what the christian faith preaches.

It seems to me that you already expect his health to be deteriorated at this point and your belief will be imposed on him. It will become his reality once the belief is set in. I would recommend seeing him as healthy 20 years from now because thoughts are things. We must focus on the possibility for perfect health no matter what life throws at us and strive for that regardless of the hardships. The child who is taught of the infinite possibility of life will lead a life of infinite possibility.
