Chrissy, my doc says the same thing. He wants me to keep my padding and so do I, I stay healthier.
Yes I've always been chubby to fat, always trying to lose 15-20 lbs. But then again I'm in the low % of Cfers who don't take enzymes, I don't have any digestive issues, but yet I'm CFRD. Go figure. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif" border="0">
The only time I lost weight without trying is when I had MAC, it plummeted from 125 down to 95 lbs, literally overnight. As soon as the MAC was gone, my weight went right back up.
