Pretty much all the same applies at the hospital Briceton goes to as the rest of you guys.....stethoscope, own thermometer, BP machine, staff gowning up, private room, and so on. Recently though, the hospital has put EVERY CF patient in "total" isolation, so when Briceton is in the hospital, he can NOT leave the room! On the few occasions he has to go down stairs for X-ray, or the alike, he has to gown up with mask. Although it can be frustrating at times trying to entertain a 1 year old in a 14x14 box, we make do.
Personally though, at the end of the day, I know we have tried our hardest to keep the bugs out and that makes me sleep a little bit better on the oooohhhh so uncomfortable bed/sofa thing! Lol!
