LOL I need some chair prying too Risa!!

Seriously, how do you find the motivation? Knowing it will make me feel better and knowing it is just healthier all around still doesn't make me any lazier. Do you have any strategies for getting into a routine?

just look at lots of fit buff people who look like they could break your neck with their thighs. that will motivate you! hah!

As far as motivation goes - I find that team sport is great. As well as being active, it involves socialising! And, when you feel part of a team, you are less likely to "give up" or be lazy because you know other people are relying on you. Oh, and it means being somewhere at a certain time each week <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
