A little late here but yes I have a medical alert leather cuff..it fits well with my lifestyle because I don't really wear a lot of jewelry. A silver braclet or necklace may looks a bit silly on me so I found one that fits me and my personality. It is quite rock and roll..It is a brown leather cuff that has a snap silver alert tag with all my info inscribed on that back.
If I find the website I'll post it up here. It kinda looks like a watch so people are always asking what time it is hahaha.
