DS starts kindergarten next year and I'm already a nervous wreck. First of all the elementary schools in our city don't have a full time nurse. The main issue I have is with enzymes, the only med he'll have to start with. According to the school handbook, all meds are kept in a locked cabinet in the school office. I hear stories from other people about all the druggies who have to line up before lunch to get their meds -- mainly derogatory comments toward ADD/ADHD kids. So I'm worried DS will have to deal with some cranky office person or just decide he's missing out on something and skips his enzymes.
He's in preschool currently and they just give him his enzymes with snacks and meals, no biggy.
