I have found Excedrine Tension Headache (they do have one for Sinus and Migraine...main ingred is Tylenol..I tried each to see which worked best) works good for me. I also got my doctor to write a RX for my dentist to make a bite splint that you place in the top of your mouth like a retainer and it gives counter pressure against ur teeth. That relieves the pressure some. You can get the Migraine Icy/Hot patches, they stick to your head so you walk around with a cold compress. Other than that I would just suggest when a bad one hits, stay in a dark and quiet room. I have to do that. Hope you get to feeling better.
