Sinus problems?

I am finally going to see an ENT in a couple weeks and in advance of this I had a CT done. Below is what it said and I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight as to what this means. It sounds like my sinuses are a mess, which I suspect they are, but I just wanted an idea before I meet with the doctor. The report said the following:
Complete opacification of the frontal sinuses
Near complete opacification of the ehtmoid sinuses(right greater than left)
Near complete opacification of the left maxillary sinus
Right maxillary sinus is smaller than the left
Moderate mucosal thickening of the right maxillary sinus
Nasal septum is deviated 3mm to the left
Mucusal thickening in the infundibula

Again, I think this basically says my sinuses are a mess but I just wanted some idea of what I could expect.

I've had surgery for my sinusses.
I had lots of headaches, pressure, stuffy nose, dranage.

Though head of the ENT's office didn't think it bad enough when compared with other CFers to do surgery my transplant hospital pushed for it.'

Cause my new lungs were at risk of being colonized with pseudo from my sinusses.

My daughter is 5 and has a lot of sinus trouble. She has had surgery in Feb. bc her cavities were full and buldging from infection and polyps. The fall/winter is her worst time. She does the Neilmed Sinus Rinse twice a day and something that has really helped her over the past few weeks is adding Xylitol to it (thanks Michele for the idea!). She was beginning her 3rd infection in 2 months when we started adding Xylitol and within 4 days she was cleared up. She has always required an oral abx to clear up so we are really happy about it! She also takes Nasonex to help with polyps.

Here is a link to some general CF Sinus info:
