I'm pretty much on par with everyone else here, nac, gsh, (arganine soon...wanna retry it since working out again) etc.

One thing i was reading about recently that i forgot was that choline has been shown in children to increase gsh levels in the blood, and fix the homocysteine imbalance.

Probiotics

<a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15379842">http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15379842</a> (there's lots of other studies on these too)

Garlic (the link was just posted in a thread)

I also take glutamine for the immune system.

Thats the main things for cf...i also take some other stuff but that it more for general health and such

Jenny-

It's really a pain to have to take lots of little things. I never now how they work together. Sometimes they can cancel each other out.

I've really found it quite effective for my overall health, long stints between IVs, no athritis pain, etc. to take a highly potent, high bioavailablity (all the ingredients are in the proper forms), and are tested to make sure they work together properly to allow all the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidents to be highly effective in the body. I take USANA Health Sciences' HealthPak 100 plus some extra grape seed extract (they call Proflavonal) to fight any infections that may be brewing.

If you're going to take supplements, you need to take the best to make the rest of 2008 BETTER. They were also rated #1 by a panel of nutritionists that were rating many of the supplements on the market today.

That's my two cents.
